2. Orders

An order is confirmed only once payment clears. We may decline or cancel any order — for example where stock is unavailable, an address looks invalid, or a request appears fraudulent — and will refund in full.

3. Pricing

Prices are in USD and shown per unit on each product page. Prices can change as batches change; the price shown when your order is confirmed is the price you pay.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines on our Shipping Policy are estimates, not guarantees. Our reship guarantee covers confirmed lost parcels as set out in Returns & Refunds.

5. Acceptable use

Do not resell our products, do not order on behalf of anyone under 21, and do not use the site to attempt fraud or abuse of our staff or systems.

6. Product information

Descriptions, THC figures and effect notes are provided in good faith and vary batch to batch. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
